Beta forever? Betcha!

Looks like many folks like PrettyPhoto a lot.
I do to. Only too bad that the developers are busy elsewhere.
They don't fix bugs, don't keep it up to date.
It has several flaws that are going to remain forever, no matter how often people ask for upgrades.
So i cannot use it anymore, because i want my site to look good,
and in all browsers... which is difficult enough without sloppy PP.
I really liked it! Too bad.......... -

Sorry to hear you are having issues with prettyPhoto.
It's true that I haven't supported it as much as I hoped, but we all have lives and unless prettyPhoto becomes my main income (which probably won't ever happen), I won't be able to spend near ar much time as I'd like to.
However, I do have a fixed beta version ready to launch. If you ever want to check it out come back soon :)
