upgrade from 2.4 to 2.5

I've had 2.4.3 running on my site for some time. When I went and added the 2.5.6 uncompressed code in its place I found things didn't quite work the same. The lightbox still opens, but the style and navigation seems to be broken. (I'd be ok going back to the uncompressed version of 2.4.3 if anyone has access to that)
