Lightbox Not Working

So, I'm a bit stuck. I used prettyPhoto on another trial website I coded with no problems. Now, for some reason, the lightbox refuses to appear, instead just loading the image in a new tab/window/page with a white background. I haven't the slightest idea what I did wrong with this. The only validation errors I get for the non-working site are the validator complaining about prettyPhoto[pp_gal] not being a valid rel value, but I get that on the other as well.
