prettyPhoto - add post permalink to featured image lightbox, in description area

Hello,
I am currently building a prototype wordpress site, and have managed to get the prettyPhoto script working on my front page featured images.

However, I would like the user to be able to click through from the lightbox image to the post that the featured image is attached to. So I would like a 'More details' link to appear beneath the title, which clicks through to the associated post's permalink.
Would anyone be able to give me any pointers with this? Have been wracking my brains all day, and am still no closer to a solution.
