Not sure why the pictures are not showing up... on either one of my sites
  • I have 2 websites with prettyhpoto. the first one, i am asking on the theme designer's website as well.

    http://www.crazy-faith.com It specifically uses prettyphoto, but i am having a hard time getting any image to show up.

    the second one http://www.myoldtown.org/blog .... the smaller image is what i want to show in the lightbox and i have the 3.0 beta installed. It will bring up the lightbox but not the image.

    the code that i use is

    i just want it to open before i mess with it more... In the settings, i did change the shortname to match prettyphoto
  • so nobody helps here?
  • On the Crazy Faith site, I don't see how PrettyPhoto is going to work for you.
    You have a whole different type of layout with photos appearing on a side frame,
    and there's not logical place for PrettyPhoto ... I don't understand how it would be used?

    On the blog site, this part:

    $(document).ready(function(){
    $("a[rel^='prettyPhoto']").prettyPhoto();
    });

    Should be right before
    You have it at the top.

    Although it does work for me (IE8), but there's a Javascript error
    indicated on the browser status bar.
  • thank you for the help... the thing with the crazy-faith site is that the expose theme that i use, uses prettyphoto (http://themeforest.net/item/expose-gallery-wordpress-theme-3-in-1/106184) you will see that it uses a lightbox plugin and the link goes to prettyphoto... i guess i just need to get their help.

    I did get the other website working.... thanks for the info as well i will have to move it. so should i just move it down to the footer page? I guess thats where the body tag ends but i havent found it
