Cannot Update / Change Settings

I cant change the settings. I get this error messgae...
"Your attempt to edit your settings has failed.
Please try again."
Is there a way to do this manually? -
I have the same problem, but as a temporary fix until the issue is resolved I got around it by manually editing part of the wp-prettyohoto.php file instead of using the setting panel.
For instance, if you search for this with in wp-prettyohoto.php you can change any of the settings by replacing the curly brackets
/* */
i.e. for my site I used;
/* */

I'm really hoping this plugin gets fixed as I much prefer the effect to lightbox, thickbox etc
