Video takes forevvvvver to open in IE7

I have a youtube video that works fine in FF, safari, chrome, opera and IE 8, but it takes forevver in IE7 and people think the video just doesn't work. Can someone tell me if this is a problem with my html, or if I should download a newer version of PrettyPhoto. Anything will help. Thanks!! Here's the site:
