Vimeo video shows symbol but doesn't start

Hi, I use the plugin for my wordpress-blog www.joachimott.de/journal/. In this post I tried to start a video with a textlink. But when I click on the textlink, the windows opens, the vimeo sign starts but there is no video to see.
On the Vimeo-Site it works well, the integrated video with the vimeo embed-code works also.
