Interference with jquery slider? Trying to use this within another plugin.

I think I will love this, but I cannot get it to work! I'm currently using a coda -slider- like jquery plugin and when a thumbnail image within that slider is clicked I would like the prettyPhoto plugin to do it's magic. When the thumbnail image is clicked, the bigger image just gets opened up in the browser, on a page, all on it's own. Everything is right, so I am assuming it is because the two plugins are interfering with each other? Is there any way to make this work? Both use Jquery.
