W3C validation error with youtube video inclusion

Hey guys:
I am using prettyPhoto with WP 2.9.2 and it works fine except when I include a link to a youTube video: it works, but (rather mysteriously) it adds a second " at the end of the rel tag, which throws a W3C validation error (I am using XHTML 1.0 Strict templates). As I said, it works, but I for the life of me cannot get rid of the offending redundant double quotes at the end of the rel tag (which do not appear when displaying images).

Can anybody help me with this odd quirk?
