I'm using the collective.prettyphoto add-on for Plone for a website I am developing. The website is for a dog breeder and she would like a way to display her dog photos. I loaded just five photos to the page to show her. She is in a different state from me so I don't have snapshots of her screen. When she single clicks an image, it loads the image in a new page rather than bring up prettyphoto. She tried it on IE (unknown version). I had her download and install Firefox 3.6.3 and try viewing it there. Same problem, it just loads the image as a page.

Why does prettyphoto come up for me regardless of browser/machine but not hers? The url is http://jschwenk.webfactional.com/ToyManchesterTerrier/galleries/puppies/Puppies

Update: it seems to only display properly if python is installed on the machine - my husband's work machine does not have python installed, javascrip is on and he only sees the image full-size.
