Does prettyPhoto support html5 video tag?

Does prettyPhoto support html5 video tag?
I got videos in the webpage in this format:
The tag is for fallback flash player FlowPlayer (the javascript is executed in the header section) to work in case of none html5 video support browsers (IE).
Can I get prettyPhoto to load this and pick the appropriate player to play the video?
