Better Internet Explorer support (design)

Hi,
I don't really need your loader because I have one, but I tested it just for fun and I thought I'd give you some feedback.
The thing is, it works well in IE6+, I know that IE has poor png support, but it's really ugly in IE6 and in IE7+ the fadeout does show thick black borders around the loader, is there anyway you could fix that? Using a gif with web colors and transparency could solve this no?
