Stuck loading when attempting to use gallery option

I have two types of things that I would like to appear in a lightbox form:
1. Gallery
2. Div
The Gallery thumbnails are in a table that is 3x2. There are six images. You get it. Without the [gallery] after "prettyPhoto" everything works. When I add the [gallery] to the images, everything breaks. Each of the images freezes prettyPhoto, and the div doesn't even attempt to open.
My theory is that each of the thumbnails need to be right next to each other. Right now they are in a table, and I think that is messing the gallery section up.
The code looks similar to this:

Will someone confirm my theory so I will stop tinkering with this? Also, if you can direct me on how to get it to work, that would be amazing. -
Yes they do need to be within the same ul and not in different ul's or table's/td's

If it work everything work before inserting the [gallery], try use another word e.g. [one]. Not sure, but I have seen the word [gallery] is use by another plugin as a key to detect their plugin? Would you so kind to post your site in this forum so that someone can take a look at it?
