I'm desperate for Prettyphoto to work!

So i've taken a look through the support forums, and thought I was victim onf the autoplay issue, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
All my content opens in its own browser window, the code is all there, as far as I can see.

I'm using WP 2.9.2, i've diabled all of my plugins to test (several have been re-enabled), and currently have turned of caching.
Many thanks in advance for your help, your plugin looks so elegant and does exactly what i;m looking for with videos, images etc, I'd love it to work!
