I have a website that features quite a bit of video, which is predominantly served in a lightbox. (Just in case: a lightbox is like a picture-in-a-picture, where a screen pops up and expands in front of the page you're viewing to display content, while the background darkens slightly.)
I have had a lot of visitors come to the site recently, yet YouTube's insight stats don't seem to be increasing. I know people are watching the videos because our average time on site is 5 minutes.
Also, when you use a lightbox, you enter the URL your YouTube video is on, and not the embed link. Perhaps this is a helpful piece of information.
If you'd like to see how the videos are being presented on the site, go to http://www.redgreyconcepts.com , scroll down a bit, and click on the button that says, W.I.I.F.Y.
Thanks in advance for any assistance. And Happy St. Patty's Day!!
