Integrate with Wordpress

Hi all! I use Wordpress for my blog and I need to know how can I integrate prettySociable pugin into my blog theme.
I use the default Wordpress theme Kubrick.
I need to add automatically the rel="prettySociable" to blog post titles, images and links.

This would be so useful. I've tried adding the plugin manually with no joy.
