Loader not showing unless mousemove in Firefox 10

Hi,
I'm using "bind_to_ajax: true". Everything works fine in safari but in firefox you have to move the mouse for the loader to show. It looks like the loader is added to the bottom of the page and when the mouse moves it gets the right position.
I have tried to debug this myself with no result.
