Audio?

Hi, I need a slideshow that does the following:
1--plays slides manually or automatically
2--uses thumbnails
3--can embed youtube videos
4--is powered by javascript
5--slideshows can be accompanied by audio track
It looks like "PrettyPhoto" does everything, but I can't find any documentation about #5. Can audio tracks be included in this image viewer? Thanks
