flash & wmode transparency setting

Hello, firstly massive thanks for all prettyPhoto so far, does exactly what I've needed it to and looks great!
I'm trying to add the "wmode" setting to an .swf I am viewing in prettyPhoto, but can't figure out how?
Tried:
myamp.swf?&width=389&height=719&flashvars&wmode=transparent
but doesnt work. Any pointers greatly appreciated!
