prettyphoto and .swf in chrome, safari and IE

I have a website:

I have placed all the code for pretty photo to work.
1 Everything works fine in Safari.
2. In Firefox, the center text portion gets all misaligned. Why is that?
3. In Internet explorer 7, the .swf i have (the picts of the building/rooms/ect) gets pushed forward with the pretty photo script with i click on a blue text link. why is that?
any help would be appreciated. thank you.
