Re Social buttons

Hi there I love this package and am currently using version 3.0.2 I know there is more up to date versions. I would like to add in the following script and social buttons to the larger images and was wondering where I might place these as I have had no luck so far. Code below

As I find this a very powerfull media linker. Please help
