Video/Back button issue in Chrome and Safari

Here's the issue:
So if you click on "Video A" link and then navigate away from the page, but return via the "Back" button and then click a link for "Video B" or "Video C", it launches "Video A". Just in Chrome and Safari -- not Firefox. Not sure about IE. And it doesn't seem to be an issue with images -- just video.
