Hide Youtube HTML5 player on page

Hi, the hide flash option worked great to avoid PrettyPhoto to pop-up below a YouTube video on the page. Now, with the new YouTube HTML 5 player, this command dos not work anymore. In some browser (Chrome, IE), PrettyPhoto opens below the player on the page.
The YouTube embed link is of type src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-Usv4EeZvvM" and is in an iFrame.
Any idea how to resolve this?

@Stéphane, try to add wmode=transparent to your URL as a parameter, i.e.
src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-Usv4EeZvvM?wmode=transparent"
That worked for me.
