Camtasia Video

Does anyone have any experience of combining a Camtasia Video with Pretty Photo?
The Camtasia Video when produced is inserted into an html page which shows its own js code.
I am not good with js so do not know if I just paste the Camtasia and PrettyPhoto code next to each other, if it has to be combined etc etc.
