Vimeo video unavailable

Hi, I am trying to embed a video into my site. It all works well until I put it into the lightbox, i.e.
frontedge.tv/clips.php
On this page you can see the embedded video, but if you click on the GIF (above the video) the video is unavailable. This is clearly not the case as I can embed it fine straight into the page.

I too am having issues with getting the vimeo video to be "available" despsite upgrading to the latest prettyPhoto. The page is located here: http://thehickmangroup.net/?page_id=403 . The vimeo video works fine elsewhere, just not in this box. The code I am inputing (and know that I did not design this, it's a template from themeforest.net) to call the video is:

Can you give me any pointers as to what I may be doing wrong? I'd be happy to give you installation access etc. I feel I've exhausted everything, but I am no programmer.

From the line you pasted I see it's missing a question mark after the .swf
